2.2.3.25 Changes
The Changes element is an optional child element of the FolderSync element in FolderSync command responses that contains changes to the folder hierarchy. It is used to update the client with folder additions, deletions, and updates on the server.
All elements referenced in this section are defined in the FolderHierarchy namespace.

The server SHOULD maintain the same set of folder data being returned across synchronization key 0 (zero), in terms of ServerId (section 2.2.3.166.4) and DisplayName (section 2.2.3.49.4) mapping. While the server SHOULD maintain this mapping, clients MUST be able to handle having the server return a completely different set of mapped data.
Protocol Versions
The following table specifies the protocol versions that support this element. The client indicates the protocol version being used by setting either the MS-ASProtocolVersion header, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.2.6, or the Protocol version field, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.1.1, in the request.
