如果应始终显示垂直滚动条,则为 true;否则为 false。默认为 false

备注

ScrollAlwaysVisible 属性指定是否始终显示垂直滚动条,即使 ListBox 中项的数目不要求显示垂直滚动条。默认情况下,仅当有足够多一定要显示的项时,ListBox 才显示垂直滚动条。对于多列 ListBoxScrollAlwaysVisible 属性指示显示水平滚动条。对于多列 ListBox,无论此属性的值是什么,都决不显示垂直滚动条。
