Returns or sets a value that determines the appearance of the scrollbar on the object.
Syntax
object.FlatScrollBar [= boolean]
The FlatScrollBar property syntax has these parts:

| object | An object expression that evaluates to an object in the Applies To list. |
| boolean | A Boolean expression specifying the appearance of scrollbars, as shown in Settings. |
Settings
The settings for boolean are:
| Constant | Description |
| False | (Default) Standard scrollbars appear. |
| True | The object shows the FlatScrollBar style. |
