检查查询筛选器语法

LDAP API 提供了一个简易语法验证函数。 请注意，它仅会验证语法，而不验证筛选器中指定的属性是否存在。

以下函数可验证查询筛选器的语法；如果筛选器有效，则返回 S_OK；如果筛选器无效，则返回 S_FALSE。
