Connect your healthcare agent service to Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel

Build and connect your healthcare agent service to interact with Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel users naturally through chat.

  1. Sign-in to the healthcare agent service Management Portal.
  2. In the left menu blade, select Channels under Integration.
  3. Select the activate toggle of the Omnichannel channel.
  4. Select Save to create the channel.
