Uri 屬性使用字串 Uniform Resource Identifier(URI)來表示 <URI> XML 數位簽章的元素。

使用該 Uri 屬性指定要簽署的文件位置,並指定目前 XML 文件的哪個元素要簽署,或指示整份文件都應該簽署。
