例外狀況
屬性 Value 被設定為大於控制項目 HtmlSelect 數量或小 -1於 的項目。

Value屬性通常用來取得該SelectedIndex屬性所參考物品的價值。
備註
若控制項未被選取， String.Empty 則回傳。
如果你將這個屬性設為一個值， SelectedIndex 該屬性會更新為列表中第一個包含該值的項目的索引。 若未找到匹配值，則 SelectedIndex 該性質保持不變。
