Business value
Provides improved control over which fields are shared with vendors in requests for quotations (RFQs).
Feature details
This feature allows you to specify types of information that you want to receive from vendors when they reply to (bid on) a request for quotation (RFQ). Fields that you mark as default are included on the online form provided for vendor collaboration, and printed on RFQ reply sheets sent to vendors. These fields are also included on the RFQ return document that you can send to vendors if, for example, you want to negotiate prices or delivery times.
