在較舊、不受支援的作系統上使用 Microsoft 365 Apps 可能會在一段時間內造成效能和可靠性問題。 這些問題可能包括新增至 Microsoft 365 Apps 的新功能，或現有功能的更新，未如預期般運作。

如果您的組織使用不支援 Microsoft 365 Apps 的 Windows Server 版本，建議您移至 Windows 365 或 Azure 虛擬桌面。

Windows Server 2025
Microsoft 365 Apps 在 2025 年 Windows Server 支援，而在主要支援中則受到支援。 Windows Server 2025 的主要支援將於 2029 年 10 月結束。

Windows Server 2022
Microsoft 365 Apps 在 2022 年 Windows Server 支援，同時在主要支援中。 Windows Server 2022 的主要支援將於 2026 年 10 月結束。

Windows Server 2019
Windows Server 2019 年 10 月到 2025 年 10 月都支援 Microsoft 365 Apps。
注意事項
為了在客戶完成移轉至支援的設定時維護安全性，Microsoft會繼續為在 2019 年 Windows Server 上執行的 Microsoft 365 傳統型應用程式提供安全性更新，總共三年，到 2028 年 10 月 10 日為止。
在 Windows Server 2019 上執行 Microsoft 365 Apps 的裝置將會收到功能更新，直到版本 2608 於下列日期發行為止：
- 目前通道的 2026 年 8 月
- 2026年10月13日每月企業通道
- 2027 年 1 月 12 日，Semi-Annual 企業通道
裝置會保留在版本 2608 上，直到 2028 年 10 月 10 日才會收到安全性更新。

為了在客戶完成移轉至支援的設定時維護安全性，Microsoft會繼續為在 Windows Server 2016 上執行的 Microsoft 365 傳統型應用程式提供安全性更新，總共 3 年，到 2028 年 10 月 10 日為止。 在 Windows Server 2016 上執行 Microsoft 365 Apps 的裝置會收到功能更新，直到 2602 版於下列日期發行為止：
- 目前通道的 2026 年 2 月
- 2026年4月14日，每月企業通道
- 2026 年 7 月 14 日，Semi-Annual 企業通道
裝置會保留在版本 2602 上，直到 2028 年 10 月 10 日才會收到安全性更新。
