Why does the ADK download still fail to install until now?
ADK for Windows 10, NOT ONLY version 1803, but other versions are broken

Hi,
Today I can't download ADK from site: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install 
2024/02/15 Update
I found download link, like 23H2. Although adk.exe file can download successfully, but network error occurred when installing. Does adk and pe download server is down?
