A class representing a collection of ProviderRegistrationResource and their operations. Each ProviderRegistrationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get a ProviderRegistrationCollection instance call the GetProviderRegistrations method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
