Each SqlDatabaseSecurityAlertPolicyResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SqlDatabaseResource. To get a SqlDatabaseSecurityAlertPolicyCollection instance call the GetSqlDatabaseSecurityAlertPolicies method from an instance of SqlDatabaseResource.
