建立 實例 CollectionCertStoreParameters ，其會允許從指定的 Collection擷取憑證和CRL。 如果指定的 Collection 包含的物件不是 Certificate 或 CRL，則 Collection CertStore會忽略該物件。

Collection是 <b>不是</b> 複製。 相反地，會使用參考。 這可讓呼叫端後續從 中新增或移除 Certificates 或 CRL，Collection因此變更集合可用的 或CRL集合 Certificates CertStore。 集合 CertStore 不會修改的內容 Collection。

Collection如果 一個線程會在另一個線程呼叫以這個 Collection初始化的 Collection CertStore 方法時修改 ，則 Collection 必須有失敗的反覆運算器。
