ParentKind returns the kind of context object as a Visual Studio code element.
The context object is the item (either project or class) at the node in Class View that the user selects and which then initiates the wizard. For example, in Visual C++, the project is the context object for the Add Class wizard, and the selected class is the context object for the Add Function wizard.
