此方法的預設實作是要由衍生類別覆寫,以在驗證指定的項目時執行某些動作。
On* 方法只會在 屬性所 Dictionary 傳回的實例上叫用,但不會在 屬性所傳回的 InnerHashtable 實例上叫用。
此方法的預設實作是 O(1)
