備註

在移除專案後面的專案會向上移動，以佔用空的現成，以及也會更新移動之專案的索引。

OrderedDictionary如果集合不包含具有指定索引鍵的專案，則 OrderedDictionary 會保持不變，而且不會擲回任何例外狀況。
