服務容器的定義是服務提供者。 除了提供服務之外,它也提供新增和移除服務的機制。 服務是 .NET Framework 設計時間架構的基礎。 服務提供設計時間物件存取提供服務或服務之服務物件所實作的特定功能和方法。

若要在設計時間取得服務,請呼叫 GetService 設計模式中月臺元件的方法。 設計工具和其他物件可以在設計時間透過 IDesignerHost 介面新增或移除服務。

服務容器可由其他服務容器包含,形成服務容器的樹狀結構。 根據預設,介面會將 IServiceContainer 服務新增至最接近的服務容器。 新增服務時,可以使用指示來加以新增。 當服務升級時,它會新增至任何父服務容器,直到到達服務容器樹狀結構的頂端為止。 這可讓設計工具提供全域服務,讓進程中的其他物件可以使用。
