備註

組態系統會完整剖析組態檔來收集組態資訊，並在遇到區段中沒有對應專案的 configSections 組態區段時擲回例外狀況。

針對類型未處理的 System.Configuration 這些區段，會提供新的包裝函式類型 IgnoreSection 。 這是為了避免組態檔剖析例外狀況。

針對舊版用途， IgnoreSectionHandler 也會提供 。

Create(Object, Object, XmlNode)	建立新的組態處理常式，並將指定的組態物件加入區段處理常式集合。
