屬性的值 Ticks 代表自 0001 年 1 月 1 日午夜 12:00:00 起經過的 100 奈秒間隔數目, () 的值 MinValue 。 不包含以閏秒新增的刻度。 nanosecond 為每秒 10 億個;秒內有十萬個刻度。
