Claim宣告型別為 且 AuthenticationMethod 值為 authType 的 ，以及 Claim 具有 宣告型 AuthenticationInstant 別 的 ，以及 的值 UtcNow ，會加入 ClaimsIdentity 屬性所 Subject 指定的 。
