備註

Pow若指數參數值為 0，或參數值valueexponent皆為 0，則回傳 1。 若 exponent 為 1，則該 Pow 方法返回 value。 若 value 為負且指數為奇數，則方法回傳負結果。

此方法對應 Math.Pow 於原始數值型的方法。
