方法會將 EscapeString RFC 2396 保留字元和字元值大於 127 的所有字元轉換為十六進位表示。 所有 Unicode 字元都會在逸出之前轉換為 UTF-8 格式。

根據預設，字串會根據 RFC 2396 逸出。 如果啟用國際資源識別碼 (IRI) 或國際化功能變數名稱 (IDN) 剖析，則會根據 RFC 3986 和 RFC 3987 逸出字串。
