建構函式

CookieAttribute()	初始化 CookieAttribute 類別的新執行個體。
CookieAttribute(String)	使用指定的 Cookie 名稱，初始化 CookieAttribute 類別的新執行個體。

屬性

Name	取得 Cookie 的名稱。
TypeId	在衍生類別中實作時，取得這個 Attribute 的唯一識別碼。 (繼承來源 Attribute)
ValidateInput	取得或設定值，這個值會指定是否應驗證 Cookie 值。

方法
