How can I contact a live support representative to make my Microsoft 365 Business Subscription visible again in my personal account?

I recently changed the email address of my personal MS account for security reasons. Now my Microsoft Business subscription with 8 user licences is suddenly no longer visible in the account overview. Microsoft's (AI?!) customer service refers me to business customer service. But when I fill in the request form, I am redirected back to “user” customer service, because “help” for business users cannot be found in my account since the subscription is not visible. It's a vicious circle and there is no real person to contact for help.

Meanwhile, I am receiving the invoices at my old email address and all amounts are being debited correctly. But the invoicing department doesn't exist either; the emails come from a no-reply address.

It really shouldn't be that difficult for the right employee at Microsoft to fix this in my account. But I'm lost in space... Can someone please help me?

Hi @Anoushka,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

From your description, could you please reconfirm whether you can access the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal?

If possible, please try to identify the Global Admin account used to log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (it usually looks like ******@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com).

If you can access the Admin Portal, you can raise a support ticket by following these steps:
1- On the left navigation bar, select Support > Help & Support (if you don’t see this option, click Show all to expand the full navigation bar).

2- Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you see a drop-down list, select the closest match or continue typing your question, then press Enter.

Note: If you see the AI assistance pop-up, you can turn it off using the toggle in the top-right corner.

3- If the results don’t help, scroll to the bottom and select Contact Support. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, choose your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time will be shown in the Contact Support pane.

For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to this article: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business.

I'm looking forward to your update.
