Hi,

I received my Microsoft Word 2010 Certification on May 24, 2016. YOUR MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION ID IS: REMOVED PII

Is there any way to retrieve this certification? Or is it so old that it is not worth obtaining the certification record?

Thank you,

REMOVED PII

To retrieve your Microsoft Word 2010 Certification, you can access your certification records through your Microsoft Learn profile. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile: Go to the Microsoft Learn website and log in with the account associated with your certification.
    2. Access your transcript: Once logged in, select the "Transcript" option from the menu. This will show you your certification history, including the Microsoft Word 2010 Certification.
    3. Download or share your certification: You can download your certificate or share it directly from your profile.

Even though your certification is from 2016, it is still worth obtaining the record as it can be beneficial for your professional profile and job applications.
