How to get a copy of my Microsoft Word 2010 Certification

Hi,

I received my Microsoft Word 2010 Certification on May 24, 2016. YOUR MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION ID IS: REMOVED PII

Is there any way to retrieve this certification? Or is it so old that it is not worth obtaining the certification record?

Based on your description, you want to get a copy or retrieve of your Microsoft Word 2010 Certification. Here are some suggestions you can try:

1. Check the Microsoft Certification profile

Go to the Microsoft Learn website
Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used when you earned the certification.
Click to icon profile then choose profile > Achievements, you can see your certification there.

2. Use Your Certification ID

You can use your Certification ID and Access Code (if you have one) to retrieve your transcript in Transcript tab .

3. Contact Microsoft Certification Support

If you no longer have access to the original account or can’t find the record.

If you are user, you can contact to your IT/administrator. They can follow these steps as the link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
