To resolve the issue of being billed on two separate charge accounts for the same Microsoft 365 Family subscription, you should take the following steps:

    1. Contact Microsoft Billing Support: Since this situation involves billing discrepancies, it's best to reach out directly to Microsoft. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or the Microsoft support page. Make sure to provide them with details about both charges.
    2. Check Your Subscriptions: Log into your Microsoft account and check your subscriptions to see if you have an active subscription that corresponds to the charge from Microsoft. This will help clarify if there are duplicate subscriptions.
    3. Review Amazon Subscription: If you subscribed through Amazon, check your Amazon account to see the details of that subscription. You may need to cancel the subscription there if you prefer to keep only one.
    4. Dispute Charges if Necessary: If you cannot resolve the issue through Microsoft or Amazon, consider disputing the charges with your credit card companies to prevent further billing until the matter is resolved.

Following these steps should help you address the billing issue effectively.
