Roblox rewards was removed. I was saving 10k points for the wings (it was said to be removed december 2026)

A little annoyed as I've been saving up points for ages, only to find out they've decided to remove it early. I did use a VPN to see if it's on another region which it IS, I didnt use the vpn to redeem the reward only to view it.

Will they return soon? I have 10k points and I just want the wings... (my auto redeem didnt update till I looked at the rewards page, so it was still there for me)

if any bing reward agents can redeem the wings for me and deduct my points that would also be amazing.

also I'd like to state I didnt realise using a vpn could lead to suspension/ban, I logged out my account from it. really sorry didnt realise it, I'd only used it for like a minute just to see if the reward still existed in general.

The most common reason Roblox gift cards are missing is that the item is temporarily out of stock due to supply and distribution limits in the Microsoft Rewards inventory. Microsoft does not typically publish restock schedules for specific gift cards, so there is no confirmed timeline for when it will be added back.

Microsoft Rewards agents and support staff are not able to manually redeem items, deduct points, or grant specific rewards on behalf of users. All redemptions must be done directly by the user through the Microsoft Rewards catalog, and only when the item is available in your region.

In some cases, gift cards may return after several weeks or months of being out of stock, but this varies and is not guaranteed.

I know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, especially after saving 10,000 points, but the best next step is to regularly check the Rewards catalog in your correct region for any possible restocks or similar items. Thank you!

Right now the robux giftcards are off sale on my pc, and i can't find it anywhere. But when i go into the bing app on my phone, and onto rewards, i can find the gift card purches for 800 and 1000 robux.

Will it work if i buy these or will it just use my points?

Specific rewards and gift cards in Microsoft Rewards can be removed or go out of stock at any time, and there is no published schedule for when a particular reward (such as a specific Roblox item or “wings”) will return. Support agents also cannot manually redeem a discontinued or unavailable reward or deduct points to grant it.

The available rewards for a region are only those currently shown on the Redeem page. Offers vary by country/region, and using a VPN is explicitly discouraged; points must be redeemed in the same region where the account was registered, and redeeming from outside that country or using services that alter the true IP address can put the account at risk of restriction or suspension.

If the Roblox reward is no longer visible in the catalog for the account’s region, it cannot be redeemed, and there is no official way to know if or when it will return. The points can still be used on any other reward that appears as available on the Redeem page.
