As shown in this screen shot there is so much errors and declines after I tried to redeem the gift card so many times idk why this happens.. I won't earn any points rn as I feel that it might be useless if I can't use it to redeem the item I wanted. How can I fix this? I even contacted the support but they gave a response which is not helpful at all.

Hi Yomeki_ Lz,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after saving up your Microsoft Rewards points and then seeing several Roblox Digital Card orders fail. From your screenshots, the orders appear to be marked as Order failed, and the email says the orders were voided because Microsoft Rewards ran into an issue with them.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. My role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Since this involves failed Microsoft Rewards redemptions and specific order numbers, the best next step is to contact Bing/Microsoft Rewards Support directly. You can contact them here: Microsoft Rewards Support. Microsoft’s support guidance also says Rewards Support can be contacted through the support form when you need more help with Rewards orders or redemption issues.

When submitting the request, I recommend including:

  • The failed Roblox Digital Card order numbers
  • Screenshots of the Order failed status and the email you received
  • Whether your points were actually deducted or returned
  • A note confirming whether you were using VPN/proxy or redeeming from the same region as your Rewards account

Also, please avoid posting your email address, phone number, full gift card code, or other personal details publicly in the forum. Share those only through the official support form if needed.

I know this may not be the immediate fix you were hoping for, but for this type of Rewards order failure, Support is the correct team to investigate the account/order details directly. Thank you so much for your understanding.

The screenshots show that every Roblox Digital Card order in Microsoft Rewards is marked as Order failed and that Microsoft Rewards has emailed that the orders were voided and points were not deducted. In this situation there is no usable Robux code being generated, so nothing can be redeemed on Roblox until an order completes successfully.

From the provided context, a very similar case was resolved only after Microsoft Rewards support intervened and refunded the points, allowing the user to place a new order, which then produced a working Roblox code.

Based on that, the practical path forward is:

    1. Verify that no code was issued
Go to the Microsoft Rewards Order History page and open each Roblox order with View detail. For successful redemptions, the code appears in Order Details and can also be resent by email. If every Roblox entry shows Order failed and there is no code in Order Details, those orders never completed.
    2. Confirm that points were not deducted
The email in the screenshot states that the orders were voided and the point balance was not impacted. Check the Rewards points total on the dashboard to ensure the expected points are still available.
    3. Work only with successful orders
A Robux code can only come from an order that shows as completed (not failed) in Order History. If all Roblox orders are failed, there is nothing to redeem on Roblox yet.
    4. Escalate with Microsoft Rewards support for this specific reward
When contacting Rewards support again, provide:
      • A list of the failed Roblox order numbers and dates (visible in the screenshots and Order History).
      • A clear request either to:
        • refund any points that were deducted for failed orders, or
        • investigate why this specific reward keeps failing and, if possible, issue a working Roblox Digital Card code.
    5. After support fixes the account, place a new order once
In the similar resolved case, once Rewards support corrected the issue and/or refunded points, the user redeemed a new Roblox Digital Card and that new order completed successfully, producing a valid code. After support confirms that the issue is fixed, place a single new Roblox Digital Card order and then:
      • Check Order History for that order.
      • If it shows as completed, open Order Details to get the code and redeem it on roblox.com/redeem.

If new orders continue to show Order failed even after support intervention, the issue is on the Microsoft Rewards side and must be handled by their support team; Roblox cannot fix it because no valid code is being generated.
