Hello Microsoft Credentials Support team,

I completed the AI-901 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (beta) exam, but I have not received my official result, score report, certificate, or any confirmation email yet.

Here are my exam details:

Exam: AI-901 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (beta) - English (ENU)

Exam date: Friday, May 29, 2026

Exam time: 02:30 AM Central European Summer Time

DNI: 53806344Y

Could you please confirm whether my exam has been correctly registered and whether the result is pending because the exam is currently in beta, or if there is any issue with my Microsoft Learn / Pearson VUE certification record?

I understand that beta exam results may not be available immediately, but I would like to confirm that everything is correctly linked to my certification profile and know when I should expect to receive the official score report.

Thank you very much.

The exam is in beta.

You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/about-beta-exams#beta-exam-scoring-and-results

"When you complete a beta exam, you won’t receive a score immediately because the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized. If you’ve taken a beta exam, you’ll receive your score about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide or “goes live” -- approximately 10-12 weeks after the beta period begins. This time reflects a comprehensive process including statistically analyzing results and data, evaluating the performance of each question and reading and evaluating all comments provided during the beta exam. As a result, you may not receive a score for 14 weeks depending on when in the beta process you took the exam. Please note that the beta exam process and the time it takes to receive your results may vary."

You will not see anything on your Learn profile until your exam is scored. I would not expect this to be before July.

For beta certification exams like AI-901, scores and official results are not available immediately after the exam because the scoring model is finalized only after the beta period ends and the exam goes live.

    Key points for beta exams:

    • Beta exams are not scored at the time of delivery.
    • The rescore process starts on the day the exam goes live (worldwide availability).
    • Final scores are typically released about 10 days after the exam goes live.
    • Depending on when during the beta period the exam was taken, it can take up to about 10–12 weeks from the start of the beta—and in some cases up to 14 weeks—to receive results.

What this means for the described AI-901 beta attempt:

    • If AI-901 is still in its beta period or has only recently gone live, the absence of a score report, certificate, or confirmation email is consistent with normal beta processing.
    • Once scoring is completed, the score will appear in the Learn profile and the usual certification notifications will follow if the exam is passed.

How to verify registration and later access the score report:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to schedule the exam.
    2. Go to the profile → Credentials → Certifications.
    3. Under Past exams, confirm that the AI-901 exam appears there.
    4. When results are released, use View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard and then select View to see the score report.

If, after the typical beta scoring window (up to ~14 weeks from the start of the beta or ~10 days after the exam goes live, whichever applies), the exam still does not appear in the Learn profile or no score is available, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for investigation of the Learn/Pearson VUE linkage.
