AI-901 is currently a beta exam. For beta exams, no score or certification appears immediately in the Microsoft Learn profile.

For beta exams:

  • The scoring model is finalized only after the beta period ends.
  • Scores are released about 10 days after the exam goes live worldwide (typically 10–12 weeks after the beta period begins).
  • Depending on when the exam was taken during beta, results may take up to about 14 weeks to appear.
  • Nothing will show in the Learn profile until the exam has been scored.

If it has been at least two weeks since AI-901 went live and the result still does not appear in the Learn profile, contact Credentials Support for assistance.

If the exam was not taken as beta (or once AI-901 is live), and the certification still does not appear:

  1. Verify the correct Learn profile and login account are being used.
  2. Review the certification requirements to confirm that passing AI-901 alone grants the expected credential.
  3. If the credential is still missing, follow the guidance in the Missing Certifications article and contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend.

What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

PS The AI is wrong, AI-901 is not in beta, it went live a few weeks ago
