I have Passed AI 901 in Pearson VUE Centre on 31st July 2026. I am trying to check my certificate on my credentials -> Certificate section tab. However, certificate is not yet visible

Hi @Desai, Priya were you able to see your AI-901 certification? The same thing has happened to me as well—I’m not able to see it in my Microsoft Learn profile. I had already cleared AI-900 last year, so I’m not sure how the AI-901 certification will be reflected or updated in my profile.

I just passed the AI-901 and I'm experiencing the same issue, so I'd like to know how it was resolved in your case. Thanks!

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

If AI-901 is not showing in the Credentials area after passing it at Pearson VUE on 31 July 2026, use this check sequence:

Allow 24–48 hours for the result to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile. A moderator answer notes this can take 24–48 hours, especially around weekends.
Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used. Missing certifications commonly happen when the exam was registered under a different login account. Try signing in with any other Microsoft account, including personal or work/school accounts that may have been used during exam registration.
Verify the credential requirements on the certification or exam details pages to confirm the credential was earned by passing the required exam.
Check the Certification Dashboard. Certificates are accessed from the Certification Dashboard, then View Certificates in the Certificates section.
If the certification still does not appear after the waiting period and account check, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for missing credentials.

Also note: if a certification requires multiple exams, the certificate is only issued after the final required exam is passed. For AI-901, verify the exam details page if needed.
