Azure Founders Hub Credits Not Updated After Unlocking $5000

I was in Level 1 of the Azure Founders Hub and had used 100% of my Azure credits. As a result, my account was converted to Pay-As-You-Go.

I completed all the required tasks in the Founders Hub portal and submitted them to unlock additional credits. I also received an email confirming that I have unlocked $5000 in Azure credits. However, in the Founders Hub portal, my Azure credits still show as $0 remaining.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How long does it typically take for the credits to reflect in the portal? Is there anything else I need to do to get the credits applied to my account?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Sriyan Rajapaksha,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you have received confirmation that you have unlocked $5,000 in Azure credits but the Founders Hub portal still shows a remaining balance of $0, please ensure that you have activated the new credits by completing the activation process in the Founders Hub portal. Sign in to the portal, check the Home page for any "Activate Azure Account" option, and follow the activation steps. Additionally, keep in mind that the updated credit balance may sometimes reflect in the Azure Sponsorship Portal rather than directly in the Founders Hub portal. Visit Microsoft Azure Sponsorships Balance to confirm whether the new credits have been applied to your account.

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance Submit Support Request.
