Really? It's September 2021, and this so-called "new" Outlook is STILL not feature complete! Why does Microsoft do this at such a glacial pace? There should not be a "new' Outlook by now. It should be the default app, and the old one should be gone. How can users switch to this "new" version if Microsoft is going to continue this slow process and not make the app feature complete? Outlook for Mac has always been lacking compared to the Windows version. This is one of the reasons why I use the default Apple Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Reminders, and Notes apps. They work. They work reliably and they do exactly what the name of the apps imply and they don't try to be all things to all people like Microsoft apps do. There is no excuse for this painfully slow development process and I'm sick and tired of hearing complaints from my users about the many failings about Outlook for Mac.
