I had a similar problem with an old Lenovo Miix 300-10IBY. The touchscreen worked in recovery and BIOS/UEFI but not in Windows. Also, the touchscreen, battery, sound and some HIDs were missing from Device Manager. The gyro's weren't working either along with a few other bits and pieces.
In my case, it was the Intel® Processor I/O Controller Driver for Windows 8.1* for Intel® NUC which can be found at the link below. I know it's for Windows 8.1 rather than 10 but after a reboot, everything came back for me.
I had a slight issue with the touchscreen 90° offset which needed to be fixed in the registry but this brought everything back. The file can be found here - Intel-Processor-I-O-Controller-Driver-for-Windows-8-1-for-Intel-NUC
Hope this helps!!
