Dear all,
I have the same issue while doing some exercises in the sandbox environment.
Is there any update?

Service policy failure in Sandbox
This is part of the tutorial using the Sandbox.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/azure-architecture-fundamentals/exercise-create-website
I'm logged into my account and this is the error that returned on create.
I tried to create a support ticket but, can't.
How can I get help with this?
Thanks

Dear all,
I have the same issue while doing some exercises in the sandbox environment.
Is there any update?
Hello all,
+1 stuck with the exercise. Is there a workaround for this?
HI there, was there ever an update on this? The instructions on the Azure Foundamentals course on coursera still require to specificy database and app service plan, but that is no longer possible. I am getting exactly the same screens as DavidRobinson-9532 above. Many thanks in advance!
@David Robinson @Quentin Chotard First off, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience this experience has caused to you. We've received similar reports from some other customers as well. Here is a related thread.
Quoting @Elliott Hamai 's response from the linked post:
We recently pushed out a change to the Wordpress on App Service creation experience which simplifies the configuration for Wordpress.
In the old experience you needed to specify database information, but in the new experience that is no longer required. Instead, we now choose a configuration that we know will work well for you to run Wordpress with the least amount of issues.
While that happens, we're reworking the MS Learn modules to accommodate these changes to continue to be able to run the exercise within the sandbox environments.
We shall keep you posted on further updates, and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
@Aris Dennard Thanks for reaching out. This error had occurred because you seem to have selected the S1 pricing tier, instead of the recommended F1, resulting in the PolicyViolation
error. Please note that using the F1 pricing tier is a requirement of the sandbox system when you create this WordPress site within the MS Learn Sandbox.
While creating the WordPress website, the Spec Picker opens with the S1 pricing tier selected by default:
You will need to select the F1 pricing tier from the Dev / Test tab for this website:
This is also mentioned in a Note at the bottom of the Create a WordPress website section:
I followed the guidance in the exercise as is and was able to launch a WordPress website as shown below:
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have further questions.
