Discrepancy in monthly billing usage on Partner Centre and Azure Portal

Recently compared the end of the month billing usage of our customers on Microsoft Partner Centre and on the Azure Portal and we saw a very big difference in the cost; up to 20 - 30% higher than what is on Partner Centre. How do we resolve this issue?

The problem happen when i saw this noti pop up so much (image 2) and i tried to end task in task manager ( image 3). I only found this problem when i pressed the window hotkeys as the start menu didnt pop up, even now it doesnt pop up. Ty!
