Obtiene o establece un valor que indica si se deben incluir o excluir los enteros comprendidos en el intervalo definido por los valores de propiedades MinValue y MaxValue.

Comentarios

El intervalo incluye los valores de propiedad MinValue y MaxValue . Cuando el valor de la ExcludeRange propiedad es true, los valores permitidos están fuera del intervalo.
