DirectoryAttributeCollection.CopyTo(DirectoryAttribute[], Int32) Method

Definition

The CopyTo(DirectoryAttribute[], Int32) method copies the entire collection to a one-dimensional array, starting at the specified index of the target array.

Parameters

array
DirectoryAttribute[]

A one-dimensional array that is the destination of the elements copied from the DirectoryAttributeCollection object.

index
Int32

The zero-based index of array where copying begins.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException array is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentOutOfRangeException index is less than zero.
ArgumentException array is multidimensional.

The number of elements in the source DirectoryAttributeCollection is greater than the available space from index to the end of the destination array.
InvalidCastException The type of the source DirectoryAttributeCollection cannot be cast automatically to the type of the destination array.
