Comentarios
Stop cierra el agente de escucha. Se perderán las solicitudes de conexión no aceptados en la cola. Los hosts remotos que esperan que se acepte una conexión producirán un SocketException. Usted es responsable de cerrar las conexiones aceptadas por separado.

Notas a los autores de las llamadas
El Stop() método también cierra el objeto subyacente Sockety crea un nuevo Socket para .TcpListener Si establece alguna propiedad en el subyacente Socket antes de llamar al Stop() método , esas propiedades no se transferirán al nuevo Socket.
