Devuelve un valor que indica si dos valores numéricos son iguales.

Comentarios

Si el obj argumento no es un BigInteger valor, el método devuelve false. El método solo devuelve true si obj es una BigInteger instancia cuyo valor es igual a la instancia actual.

Comentarios

Este método implementa la IEquatable<T> interfaz y funciona ligeramente mejor que Equals(Object) porque no tiene que convertir el other parámetro en un BigInteger objeto .
