Después de cargar la página en un explorador, ya existe una conexión debido a la conexión estática declarada en la página. Comentarios
Cada WebPartConnection objeto tiene un valor único asignado a su ID propiedad. Esto es para asegurarse de que hay una manera de distinguir entre varias conexiones.
Si crea una conexión estática declarando un <asp:webpartconnection>
elemento en una página web y no asigna un valor al ID
atributo de la conexión, se produce una excepción cuando el WebPartManager control intenta activar la conexión.
Cuando el WebPartManager control crea una nueva conexión dinámica, llama al CreateDynamicConnectionID método para generar un identificador único para la conexión.
