Cuando esta propiedad se establece false
en , los nodos seleccionados del TreeView control permanecen resaltados en un color diferente al del color de selección actual cuando el control pierde el TreeView foco. Puede usar esta propiedad para mantener visibles los elementos seleccionados por el usuario cuando el usuario hace clic en otro control del formulario o se mueve a otra ventana.
