Tato vlastnost umožňuje přístup ke konkrétnímu prvku v kolekci pomocí následující syntaxe: myCollection[key] (myCollection(key) v Visual Basic).

Note

Tato vlastnost se liší od zděděné Collection<T>.Item[] vlastnosti, která získává a nastavuje prvky podle číselného indexu. Pokud TKey je však typ Int32, tato vlastnost maskuje zděděnou vlastnost. V takovém případě můžete k zděděné vlastnosti přistupovat přetypováním KeyedCollection<TKey,TItem> na základní typ. Například KeyedCollection<int, MyType> (KeyedCollection(Of Integer, MyType) v Visual Basic) lze přetypovat na Collection<MyType> (Collection(Of MyType) v Visual Basic).

KeyedCollection<TKey,TItem> Pokud má vyhledávací slovník, key slouží k načtení elementu ze slovníku. Pokud neexistuje žádný vyhledávací slovník, klíč každého prvku se extrahuje pomocí GetKeyForItem metody a porovná se se zadaným klíčem.

Jazyk C# používá toto klíčové slovo k definování indexerů místo implementace Item[] vlastnosti. Visual Basic implementuje Item[] jako vlastnost default, která poskytuje stejné funkce indexování.

Načtení hodnoty této vlastnosti je operace O(1), pokud KeyedCollection<TKey,TItem> má vyhledávací slovník; jinak se jedná o operaci O(n), kde n je Count.
