A class representing a collection of ApiIssueCommentResource and their operations. Each ApiIssueCommentResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiIssueResource. To get an ApiIssueCommentCollection instance call the GetApiIssueComments method from an instance of ApiIssueResource.
