A class representing a collection of ApiManagementCacheResource and their operations. Each ApiManagementCacheResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiManagementServiceResource. To get an ApiManagementCacheCollection instance call the GetApiManagementCaches method from an instance of ApiManagementServiceResource.
