A class representing a collection of ConfidentialLedgerResource and their operations. Each ConfidentialLedgerResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a ConfidentialLedgerCollection instance call the GetConfidentialLedgers method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
