A class representing a collection of StreamingPolicyResource and their operations. Each StreamingPolicyResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of MediaServicesAccountResource. To get a StreamingPolicyCollection instance call the GetStreamingPolicies method from an instance of MediaServicesAccountResource.
