A class representing a collection of RelayNamespaceResource and their operations. Each RelayNamespaceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a RelayNamespaceCollection instance call the GetRelayNamespaces method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
