Imports Microsoft.VisualStudio.VCProjectEngine

Public Module Module1
    Sub Test()
        Dim prj As VCProject
        Dim vcar As VCAssemblyReference
        prj = DTE.Solution.Projects.Item(1).Object
        vcar = prj.VCReferences.item(1)
        MsgBox("Copy local? " & vcar.CopyLocal.ToString)
