Poznámky

Místní čas se rovná času UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) plus posunu UTC. Další informace o posunu UTC najdete v tématu TimeZoneInfo.GetUtcOffset. Převod také bere v úvahu pravidlo letního času, které se vztahuje na čas reprezentovaný aktuálním DateTime objektem.

Důležité

V systémech ToLocalTime Windows XP metoda rozpozná pouze aktuální pravidlo úpravy při převodu z UTC na místní čas. V důsledku toho převody pro období před tím, než vstoupilo v platnost aktuální pravidlo úpravy, nemusí přesně odrážet rozdíl mezi UTC a místním časem.

Poznámka

Metoda ToLocalTime převede DateTime hodnotu z UTC na místní čas. Pokud chcete převést čas v libovolném časovém pásmu na místní čas, použijte metodu TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTime .

Hodnota vrácená převodem je hodnota, DateTime jejíž Kind vlastnost vždy vrací Localhodnotu . V důsledku toho se vrátí platný výsledek i v případě ToLocalTime opakovaného použití na stejný DateTime.

Poznámky pro volající

Pomocí metody můžete ToLocalTime() obnovit místní hodnotu data a času, která byla převedena na UTC metodou ToUniversalTime() nebo FromFileTimeUtc(Int64) . Pokud však původní čas představuje neplatný čas v místním časovém pásmu, nebude odpovídat obnovené hodnotě.
